Daksh Hirani and Associates was founded to close a gap we kept seeing in Mumbai's redevelopment market — societies and developers managing five separate vendors when one accountable firm should suffice.

Our Story

Starting from first principles

The firm was established in 2019 in Goregaon West, at the heart of Mumbai's most active redevelopment corridor. What began as an architectural design practice grew, project by project, into a full single-window consultancy — because every society we worked with asked the same question: "can you also handle the approvals and the contractor?"

Today the firm operates across architecture, redevelopment consultancy, regulatory liaisoning and project management — covering BMC, MHADA, SRA and MMRDA jurisdictions across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Ar. Daksh Hirani founded the firm immediately after completing his M.Arch with Gold Medal honours from NMIMS University, having identified a structural problem in how Mumbai's redevelopment projects were typically run — architecture, liaisoning, and project management treated as three disconnected services rather than one coordinated process.

His approach centres on direct regulatory experience: working drawings and submissions across BMC, MHADA and SRA jurisdictions, rather than outsourcing approvals to third-party liaison agents. This has shaped the firm's single-window model — one point of accountability for societies and developers from feasibility through to occupation certificate.

Under his leadership, the firm has delivered over 26 projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including redevelopment schemes, residential towers, and infrastructure consultancy work for MMRDA.
